Student Ambassadors

We understand that some students may feel nervous or anxious about starting a new school. At Rolle School, our Student Ambassadors are here to welcome your child and help them with any questions about their school. As military children themselves, they know first-hand what it’s like to move to a new town or school. Led by MFLC and Sandra Carbajal, all student ambassadors qualify to provide a school tour, assist with locating classrooms, explain school culture and routines, and much more. Military Family Life Counselors

Military Family Life Counselors, funded by the Department of Defense, may serve schools with many active-duty dependent students. With parent permission, they provide free, confidential individual and group counseling to children and families to address the impacts of military life. They do not keep records of counseling. They also may provide education and coaching to teachers and staff.

We encourage our active duty military families to learn more about the program or schedule an appointment with your school’s MFLC by contacting District One’s Military-Connected Advocate, Sandra Carbajal at 928-502-4397.
